这样中英混合是不是会比较变态？本来想在教育网内放一个中文的，结果从公网访问太慢了，还是就用blogspot吧，呵呵。

Blogspot had been almost unaccessible since sino-us undersea fiber-optic cable broke, so for a long time after the first post, I simply disappeared :) now I'm back, and decide to write both in Chinese and English from now on, after all, most of my friends
are in China

Palm OS development under Ubuntu linux

I've spent quite a lot of time searching the web to find a "linux palm develop solution", but what I found are all long articles instructing me to compile gcc and gdb for arm/m68k, and I have to manually patch a series of bugs.....NO MORE! That's too complicated. Now I find Ubuntu a perfect platform for palm developping! Only two simple steps~

Step ONE: download palm OS Garnet SDK for UNIX from www.palmsource.com, and extract it to /usr/local/share/palmdev
Step TWO: use the powerful APT tools :) run apt-cache search prc-tools and install whatever you see.

Congratulations, you are done.

run pilot-template from bash and you'll know what to do, this tool is really handy.
